Ok, I'm new to this and so glad I found it. I have so many stories to tell, though I can honestly say that some of the ones I read on here are completely insane and have never happened here, thank god. The most recent one that sticks out in my mind is this psycho NH guy who checked out one day last month. He left without incident but came back an hour later to say he left $30 worth of Sacajawea coins in his room. The maid had just gone in the room and removed the linens but hadn't started cleaning the room yet so she let him go in to look. Of course he didn't find his coins and he came back to the desk screaming that they weren't there and that the maid must've taken them. When the clerk started defending the maid and suggested he search through his luggage better he pulled out the race card and asked "Are you a spic lover?" WHAT? That was it, his ass was thrown out right then and there and the cops were threatened if he didn't immediately leave. He then argued with the hskp supervisor and demanded she show him her green card, and to go back to Mexico where she belongs. Sorry, racist jerk, she's Brazilian, not Mexican :-) I love how people say the customer is always right, yet when talk and act like this we should just roll over and play dead. No way. Get out and go die somewhere.
